Isaac Stern Auditorium Parking
Independent New York concert guide not affiliated with Carnegie Hall.
The central location of the Carnegie Hall means that there is plenty of nearby parking available within a short distance of the venue. However on event nights, spaces closest to the venue are likely to fill up quick, so advance booking is recommended wherever possible.
The Isaac Stern Auditorium and Carnegie Hall are located centrally in midtown Manhattan. There is a huge range of parking options available. However, please remember that Manhattan traffic can be notoriously hectic, with long delays and parking lots filling up fast.
Your best option for parking close to the auditorium is to use one of the following lots:
- Cityspire Garage at 160 West 56th Street. Parking costs $22 for concert times with your Carnegie Hall ticket stub, valid for up to 6 hours. There may be additional fees for large SUVs, and no overnight parking is allowed.
- Impark at 211 West 56th Street. The rate is $25 for up to 6 hours of parking.
- LAZ Parking at 9 West 57th Street. This option costs $24 for up to 5 hours.
If you’d like to use other options, consider using an app like SpotHero for additional parking availability. It’s always best to pre-book a space where possible to avoid disappointment.
Arrive Early
Whether or not you’ve booked in advance, please aim to arrive at the theatre at least half an hour prior to the start of your event, allowing plenty of time for travel delays, finding a parking space, walking to the venue, purchasing refreshments, visits to the restroom, and getting comfortably seated before the performance begins.
